Problem Note 61606: In lockdown mode, you cannot use JAVAOBJ or the JAVAINFO procedure

In SAS products that have lockdown mode, when you use JAVAOBJ or PROC JAVAINFO, the following errors occur:
ERROR: PROCEDURE JAVAINFO cannot be used when SAS is in the lockdown state.
ERROR: JAVAOBJ cannot be used when SAS is in the lockdown state.
ERROR: JAVAOBJ cannot be used when SAS is in the lockdown state.
Note: This issue is fixed in Base SAS® 9.4 TS1M5. To find your version number of Base SAS, view the deployment registry as documented in SAS KB0036131.
